Technical difficulties 99% of the time

I don't know if I have ever actually gotten this app to work. I have downloaded it and deleted it 4 times. It will work for about 30 seconds then crash. Just go online.

This app doesn’t work, every time you tried to use it it says “having technical difficulties at this time.” Don’t even bother downloading this app! “ useless”
Need to reply “don’t know” for plan type while looking at my insurance card

It would be helpful if the type of Optima plan my employer provides was among the list of plans on the app. When I search for a provider, I need to choose “don’t know” for the plan type. This would be especially helpful when I’m in another part of the state sitting in an Urgent Care facility as I am now. I would feel less anxious if I knew this visit were covered by my insurance.
“Technical difficulties”

This app is constantly experiencing “technical difficulties” and won’t log me in. Their website isn’t loading OptumRx. I’m not sure what the problem is over at Optima lately, but I’m about over it.
