Excellent app for business communication

Been using this app since 2 weeks now. I am surprised how convenient and easy to use it is! There are some sluggishness sometimes when I am in weaker signal spots but it's bearable. I would say this is excellent app to help make my business run at my fingertip!

I love this app! Now it is so easy to turn twinning on/off, listen to voicemail, determine if a coworker is available for a call, start a Video Conference or view my call log. Adding the Chat feature is icing on the cake!

I have the same problem as the last reviewer. Now useless as the program won’t go past the title page unless I delete the app and reload it, which is simple enough but annoyingly stupid and especially inconvenient if I’m not near WiFi. And we spent close to 3 hours this week with tech support who could not fix this problem. I see this program hasn’t been updated in a year and it sorely needs it. Not to mention that, after 2 years of working fine as a free app on our phone system, suddenly there is a monthly charge which, while modest, no one ever told us about before and pays for a service that doesn’t really work without the machinations I’ve described. It would be nice if someone fixes this.

This app is constantly crashing. And most days, it won’t open and needs to be deleted and uninstalled and then reinstalled. A waste of time and money.

This app constantly crashes and won’t load past the main logo page. Restarting phone doesn’t fix it. Neither does force quitting app. The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall the app each day. Windstream needs to fix this ASAP!

Bad app.

This app desperately needs an update. This was installed by my work for work related messages and calls. It NEVER works and I have to keep deleting and re-downloading the app. And now, even after doing that, I still can’t read messages from WORK and have to ask to resend messages like an idiot. Terrible quality app.
