Some good some not so good

It's nice that I can see my blood results, etc but the messaging is poorly conceived. If I generate a message to my doctor, the app does not allow me to keep a copy of my message. I have no way to go back and see what I asked for or when or to resend if need be. In fact, the lvhn server apparently had a bad day after I composed and sent a rather important message containing a lot of detail needed for a proper response. It never got to its objective and I had to recompose the message. If you've ever lost a document you were working on, you know how irritating this is. I now am forced to copy my message and paste somewhere else for safekeeping, which obviously does nothing for my confidentiality. Not a great app for this reason. I'm frankly shocked that the creators of this app didn't think of this and work some capability into it for saving messages sent or received.

This is a great app with good intentions. However every time you click on a link it opens a safari twitter link that don’t load, then you have to go back into the app. My doctors are Lehigh owned, but don’t support the app. Would be nice to see integration across all offices soon.


Doesn’t open

I downloaded this app and it doesn’t open. It just stays on a white screen. I can’t see anything.

So I go in the app and choose schedule an appointment, then it asks what type and I pick sick, and then it tells me I can't schedule that in the app. Why is the option there!? Dumb.


Not so awesome

It been now a year I’ve been using this app and it worked fine till then but suddenly it stoped working as a I am saying this a couple weeks before I had a sneaked shot from a doctor I guess when I was getting my pregnancy birth control shot so not cool, now can’t trust them no more at Lehigh Valley Hospital. It was one of my 4 shots that I needed to complete and no if I wanted to get it I would and don’t want to get the flue shot which was in my shots to be updated and never got one so think but believe I have got it by a doctor that haven’t told me that he would give it to me previously and got very very very ill of it for a month and lost my job. No more of this BS


Lots of stuff doesn’t work

Finger print doesn’t work. Save user ID doesn’t work. Can’t schedule an appointment. Messages from 2 years ago show up, you can’t delete them. Does anyone test this stuff


Seriously lacking

E check-in for appointments sounds great, and would be, except it doesn’t actually check you in. I’m still not sure what the intended utility of this feather was supposed to be. You still have to wait in line and wait to check in with staff, which makes that feature a complete waste of time. Plus, they often end up asking you the same questions that one answered in the e check in anyway. Making appointments is also often a futile endeavor. In trying to schedule an appointment for a flu shot, I’ve been told for a couple of months that they aren’t available anywhere in the network. Whether that’s true or not, it’s not good. It’s nice to get ones test results to review, and the ability to integrate my appointments (made over the phone, not the app) automatically with my calendar is nice. Other than that, this app does little to facilitate an improved customer experience and in fact often achieves the opposite. I sense LVHN has an app only because they felt that everyone else did so they should, too.


Waste of time

This app is a waste of time, trying to email providers doesn’t work, trying to pay bills it forces you to use certain pay methods even though there is an option to change it. You can’t check into an appointment what is the point of this application?


Horrible, needs improvements
my pics were deleted.

I forgot my password and instead of prompting me to create a new one it disables my account. I can’t even reactivate the account online- I have to call a hotline. I understand doing this for security purposes but I only typed my password in three times and it did this. I was trying to check the date of my doctors appointment- now I’m locked out of my account with no clue as to this appointment date. I’ll have to call tomorrow and hope I didn’t miss anything- as it’s extremely late in the evening right now. This is a bit extreme. I wouldn’t mind calling if the phone calls were quick- but I’m always stuck on this hotline for quite a long time. It’s just not a convenient service.
