Will not connect to Internet

I have deleted and reloaded this game several times because it keeps telling me it cannot connect to the Internet. All my other slots connect but suddenly for the last several weeks this one will not connect. I tried to contact support in this app and that does not even work. Hands are tied. Was fun to play but now it is not. Please fix this!

I have 52 tickets, I go into the 50 ticket bonus game, and then my tickets go from 52 to 47. Is there a reason why I lose 5 tickets from the time I enter a bonus room to use my tickets?
Fun but hard to win

Very hard to win especially when they special quest is going on. I really like the games they have to choose from though
