If the tree could be oriented horizontally, I’d give it 5 stars! The vertical orientation make it hard to follow more than 2 or 3 levels at one time.

This has made doing my family tree so much easier. I had a few user error issues. One I got the hang of it. Boy o boy. I can see my tree unfolding in front of me.

It appears to me we paid to get the DNA TESTING BUT I THINK SINCE MOST OF US ARE FILLING IN INFORMATION WE HAVE RESEARCHED ......AND YET YOU WANT us to pay to see more information....NOT COOL! We should charge you for what we add

Confirmed my sister-in-law and her family now consumes my family tree now I can't confirm my actual biological grandmother without paying for the ridiculously over-priced annual subscription, nor can remove my s.i.l family tree. Tried to contact customer support for assistance, didn't even get an automated response.

App is easy to use. Very frustrating when you hit a brick wall and cannot go any further. Great grandmother died but we cannot find any record, no hospital records, no death certificate, no cemetery info.

I found My Heritage’s testing process easier then other testing facilities. You don’t have to wait a long time for results and it is surprising knowing how many ethnic regions you are connected to. I would recommend this site above others just for their accuracy and speedy process.

This company @MyHeritage needs to be out of business. First of all they issued my results far past the promised deadline to the point where I didn’t even care anymore. Then when I get the results I can’t even open them in the app or the website. What’s the freakin point then! Then they have the nerve to post on their site misleading information about an individuals genetic composition based on inheritance from ancestors. They stated on the site that although a person knows for a fact they have a Native American first degree ancestor that their genes possibly don’t show up in the report because that ancestors DNA markers are negligible. Are you kidding me?!! Where did you learn math? From a Cracker Jack box? You just stated on your site that we inherit 50% of our genes from our mothers and 50% from our fathers. Therefore if my Ivy League education and knowledge of fractions serve me correctly you should inherit 25% of the 50% of your genes evenly from your maternal and paternal grandparents. Any geneticist worth their salt even knows that genetic expression even skips generations. So how a person can knowingly have and look almost exactly like a grandparent and not have their genes is just not only a half truth, it is a complete and utter LIE. I know this for a fact because I actually studied molecular genetics at one of the top a schools in the country. I’m boycotting this POS company and I encourage others to do the same after some further research into other better DNA kits such as 23andMe which also offers a health analysis. It is more expensive but in this life you get what you pay for. Good luck out there and be well.
