Can’t get in touch with anyone

It says I need to reset my password, it won’t let me reset my password. Says I should contact the help desk, doesn’t give me a way to contact the help desk. Reach out through the link on here that says app support, haven’t heard back from anyone in over a week. Don’t require people to reset their password if it’s going to be so much trouble.

Seems like a good idea and concept if they were to actually get it fully up and functional. Still unable to view schedules and seems like there’s other bugs they need to work out As well. Don’t know why they would train us and get us moved to this when it’s not fully operational yet?

From what I’ve used so far and with hem going to this app soon. It’s not bad. Looking at your schedule you have to actually look at your time card to see it and to see next weeks you have to wait till Saturday or Sunday to see it. Idk if that’ll change for the ess scheduling. But it’s nice to see the pto I have and plan accordingly

App doesn’t always work like it should, constantly closing on me and not loading content. Also think about letting iPhone users log in with facial recognition and fingerprint (would make things a lot faster, there’s not even a “Remember Me” option to click on)
