Cannot upload receipts from files

This would be better if I could upload my receipts from my files. The receipt organiser is useless and all my receipts are digital. Why do I need to print it out and snap it? Not paperless.

This is app is easy to log into, easy to navigate and process claims by taking quick pictures of receipts. Takes only a few minutes to file a claim once you are logged on.
Don’t like the over security

Apparently my biometrics aren’t enough. Over security will create its own security issues, like people writing that information down.....

I really thought it would be so much more complicated than it has been. I pay a family member to watch baby 2-4 days a week and filing my claim is easy and flexible!! Babysitter has never complained about a late payment and checks are mailed directly to her!
