Useful App

Very useful app for healthy eating.

On the MOVE

Extremely helpful as I once again try to lose excess baggage. Extensive inventory of foods, manufactures and restaurants to help easily find all of the necessary data. Love how it dovetails with my iPhone and Map My Walk to track exercise. I can print the daily logs from my PC but not from my iPad or iPhone. The only flaw I can find. The MOVE counsellors at the VA love the daily logs.

Great app

I'm finding it very useful. I love that it syncs my workouts from other sources. I wish that it was more consistent with recent and frequent foods, and synced those between devices. That would get 5 stars.

Great app. Easy to track exercise and calorie consumption. Been using the app for about three weeks and I have lost ten pounds already.

It's the best tracking app out there... period!

This app rocks!

Love how it can scan barcodes and it reminds you before the day ends to log your meals for the day.

Great!!

Great App! I've only been using it for a week, but I already like it. It helps me stay aware of and think about what I'm eating all day. It's easy to use. Many restaurants are already in the calorie data base. I recommend it.

Good app but missing a few things...

Latest version- what is up with the ads between meals? Beyond annoying, and takes forever to get the app moving along as it should. I have been using an app for several years now, so there's got to be something good to it. One of the key features that was added in the past is being able to make a recipe via the web, as opposed to having to enter everything in manually. Huge timesaver. One of my gripes is that the list of exercise is smaller than most other apps. It would be great if something like hot yoga sculpt or Hot yoga, would be featured on this, or even barre class. I have by MapMyRide account linked to this, which is also put on by Under Armour. Hot yoga can be found in MapMy..., and every time I log hot yoga in MapMy.., it imports it into My Fitness Pal as gymnastics. Every time I use that app to go rollerblading, this app imports it as gymnastics. If I were to log it directly into my fitness pal, I just have to find roller blading. That space makes a huge difference and throws off my game. It would be great if the two worked seamlessly with each other. Another issue I have is that after I have logged a workout, which a allows me more calories for the day, it still keeps my fat grams, sodium, sugar, etc. the same as if I did not exercise. I would like to see how many more I'm allowed for the day exercising. I do like the blog feature in this app, and find it beneficial. Sometimes there are even some great recipes included.

Great App

This is the best food tracker out there and it syncs up with my Fitbit which is great!
