Works great so far but I’d like it more if it had a proper iPhone XS Max layout. Otherwise, it works!

The app updated on my phone, and so I had to log back in. I put in all my login and password information (or what I thought it was) and it came back invalid...after trying everything it could have been I was still locked out. The app has NO WAY of getting a new password and doesn’t have a button or link for “forget password/username” and it should! I tried going to the MyEnvera login page on the internet and that page is just as bad and not formatted for the phone and while it did have the “forget password/username” link, I couldn’t click on it because the page wouldn’t load right.

Well! I never got a username or password, I don’t even know how to get one assigned to me. Every time I call my association they want to add or drop my visitors themselves than to give me a username

A 12 yr old could design a more efficient app!! What a waste of time!! What’s just as mind boggling is why would an HOA agree to use this!!! Do your research!!

This app needs to be updated. It’s still formatted for iPhone 5 and below. As technology increases there needs to be updates to suit the new iPhones. I’d you want people to keep the app, you gotta update it. It’s a little ridiculous.

Why in the world can I add visitors to my iPad app without going through a user name, email, and password, but my iPhone requires all three?? I have no idea what my user name is, or my password! Never needed it before! Won’t let me change my password without my user name. This whole gate thing is stupid anyway! How we survive in Minnesota without it is a miracle. ?. Florida has been given a bill of goods.

Is and old app - does not work good on newer phones - visitor history doesn’t work - please do a better job and update this app

I used to get push notifications but a week ago it had stopped notifying me. I looked through my phones settings and in app settings and all notifications are checked. Please fix this issue.
