Although the MyDocHub Health Flare Tracker app does provide a relatively simple and streamlined way to keep track of the frequency of flares, saving information is not very intuitive. Once you enter information, like medication, you need to tap a symbol in the upper right hand corner of the screen in order to get the information to save. The symbol is a cloud with an arrow (not an obvious icon for “save”) and if you press the arrow to return to the main page without tapping on the cloud, your information will not be saved. There is also no way to place a password lock on the app, which means that anyone who picks up your phone would have access to your confidential medical information. Additionally, the only correlations that are possible to make from the reports generated are the day of the flare, the weather, and whether or not you took your medication. There is no way to input other information about the flare or its severity. If, for example, you wanted to record a rheumatoid arthritis flare, it would be more helpful to be able input additional information, such as which joints were hurting, whether you also felt fatigued, or how severe the pain was. Being able to input whether or not you have been exercising, what you have been eating, or other possible triggers would have also been useful. Instead, the MyDocHub app seems to place an undue emphasis on creating a correlation between the weather and flares, which is generally not a major factor in autoimmune disease flares.

Good
Pandog

I just downloaded this, and so far it I really like it. I especially like that you can use it with a variety of different autoimmune conditions, versus being limited to just one. And knowing the weather at the same time is great, to see if your condition is affected by the weather. Thumbs up.

Good, but needs work
JeighG

I know this is a new product, so I want to continue to use it. I would like to be able to back date flares so I can give a start date and end date and give symptoms. Thank you

Not working
Kitbee

I signed up with email/ password, and nothing happens. The download symbol just keeps turning and nothing happens. What a drag, I really need this.
