I’ve enjoyed the convenience of this app! The tutorials are great and it keeps getting better and better. I love sharing my business card with a couple clicks. I have way less no shows with the courtesy reminders. I always know my inventory when I’m away from the salon! Great app for the salon professional!
I am not satisfied with this app at all! When it was presented to me at my school I was told that being an Instructor I would have the app service for free for the lifetime of my account. I never used this app because it didn’t fit my needs and eventually forgot about and deleted the app! No charges ever showed up on my account and over a year later I get a monthly charge of $19.99. I immediately reached out to the contact information on the app and explained what happened. I never received a response! I reached out many times with no response at all! I am very upset and not happy with their poor customer service! Even if I did enjoy using the app I would never pay them to keep a service who does not respond to or help their customers! Horrible customer service!!!
