Me neither, can’t log in?!

MeltedMel71

The person who reviewed before me (unfortunately, perfectly) described my situation: upon registering, I was told I’d already registered (hadn’t) and that I can retrieve my pw...However, there’s no way to do so on the ap. A cruel joke! Terrible ap. Guess I have to stick to using the display on the console but it’s clunky.

Lousy

JustinMorris@KIT

Lousy app with no updates from developer. Just stopped working with my Exerpeutic 4000 bike of course after logging over 2000 miles worth of exercise data. Generic error about contacting developer a la Microsoft. ?

Awesome!

Nice and exclusive work.

Horrible app!!!

drenuf23

I bought this elliptical based on its reviews and the fact that it had an app compatible with both my S4 and my iPad 2. I've never, ever in my 10+ years of using smart phones, have I had an app crash so much in less than a week! It also doesn't have the features to log your food nor your activities, not that they would work anyways. The weight one shuts down the whole app every time I click on it. I work for a large wireless provider, so I know the drills. Power cycle, delete and re-add the app, etc. nothing has fixed it. I I emailed the company days ago and still haven't gotten a response. Don't waste your time downloading this crap.

MyCloudFitness App

Agree. Not user friendly. Frustrating.

Just. Plain. Horrible.

Good idea: make an exercise bike connected to a smart phone or tablet. The execution: horrible! One would think that it could be a really good idea to combine a bike with a phone. A true value add. Instead, it just seems like the manufacturer of the (pretty decent) bike tried to save some money by not putting a fancy computer on a bike and instead have some dude doodle together a half-assed app. I have yet to actually start an exercise without having to do it twice for some reason (usually the app crashing... Sometimes the bike just doesn't pick up settings like resistance). The login is a major pain too. It's like re-creating an account every time. The app itself is horribly designed and clearly done on a budget. Worst of all, it crashes all the time. I don't think I have made it past the 15 minute mark so far without either the app crashing or the bike's resistance dropping to 0 and not coming back. It's awful. What a waste. And of course it makes the bike itself just about useless too.

Great Elliptical horrid app

Stingray240

I love the Elliptical but wish they would have outsourced a better app creator. Crashes all the time and cant add weight without it just shutting down.

Worst app I've ever had

Francism99

I think I'm going to contact the company about this app. I bought the elliptical to be able to use this app to track my progress and it just doesn't work. It crashes and freezes literally every time. Yesterday the timer kept going but everything else froze so it shows I burned 4 calories in 20 minutes...not very helpful.

Why am I the exception?

In light of the other reviews - I must add to the first part of my review this statement: I own the Exerpeutic 5000 Magnetic Elliptical Trainer. Since the APP is designed to work with several different models made by the same company, I wanted to add this in case that made a difference. I will also add I am using this APP with an IPAD AIR and an Itouch 5th generation - latest firmware. I love the APP. I have not experienced the difficulties mentioned by others. I am not an expert, just an ordinary person. I will admit my experience is just limited to the first week or so of usage so I plan to come back if eventually I experience any of the difficulties others have stated. I have put on my "winter weight" and have become quite sedentary with the cold weather. My 5000 is setup in my home theater room in my basement and I watch one of my DVRed programs while completing my excercise program. So far the combination of that and my exercise goal has kept me motiviated. When not watching my TV programs, I listen to my tunes or audiobooks. The concept of using your IPAD or ITOUCH to help you through your commitment to better exercise is a great idea. The Exerpeutic 5000 Magnetic Elliptical Trainer was time-consuming, but not difficult to put together. It would be a shame if people bought a much more expensive trainer with it's own digital display because the other reviews are terrible. I can't argue with the people. If they say they are having problems, I guess they might be -- but my experience (so far) has been the complete opposite. I highly recommend the Exerpeutic 5000 Magnetic Elliptical Trainer and this program.

Works great with the 5000 model

Havenocents2

I've been using the program for the last five months without any problems. The only thing I can think of for all of the bad reviews is that they are using one of the other two devices other than the 5000.
