Bad updates no receipt can be added for claim

This is bad updates since beginning. It looks better but functional it is bad!!! There is nowhere to let you add receipt for “submit a claim” but they have it for “add expense” which you will never get reviewed and reimbursed for they won’t see your expenses on their end as it is not a “claim”! I have to do claim forms like I live in 10 years ago. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED!

I know the entire website and system had an update but having the app really puts you in control and it’s very easy to use. I can submit my claims and check my balances with a touch of my finger. This has become extremely convenient since I no longer necessarily need to be on my computer to use it.

Very tedious to use. Not user friendly. FAQ doesn’t have the question I needed answered. Emma couldn’t answer it either. Only way to submit EOB is by picture. No way to forward email or pdf.

Verification - Receipt submission is POORLY DESIGNED

Sorry you are going to get stuck with this app... your employer bought the plan and you just have to try to use it. It is a royal pain to submit a receipt! You have to sign in and go through transactions and find the receipt and try to add it... I have the pdf available, but usually a load failure occurs when I try to upload it. They send you an e-letter in their system (not connected to an external email) and tell you that you have to submit a receipt, but there is no link functionality available to upload it, FORCING you to go through the process listed above. USER CONVENIENCE WAS NOT A FOCAL POINT OF THIS APPLICATION’S DEVELOPMENT TEAM.

Kudos to the app developers!!!!! It’s easy and functional. Use the app not the site. I’m too tired from the frustration of TWO HOURS of dealing with the website and the customer service reps. They are great the supervisors are cowards and the web developer should be ashamed that s/he took money for that evil entity.

The site has an annoying amount of security already (burdensome password requirements, can’t log in after a few tries, etc. —I end up calling 50% of the time — I’m a millennial, I don’t have this problem with the bajillion other sites I use) and this app signs you out if you click away. Meaning it’s sign out is not based on time (ex:you have been inactive for over 2 mins) just anytime you click away - to check a text or open an email or whatever, which is annoying when you’re probably on the site to submit documents. Anyhoo, beyond that, this app fixes bugs in the site and makes uploading docs possible. For whatever reason, the online website often does not accept the documented receipts, even in PDF form. The app has no problem attaching those very same forms. So it’s not the best app but at least it’s easier than the site.

Trying to find out how to make a payment after a recurring payment failed to go through and there is no information on the app that allows me to identify the payee’s detailed information and the one-time claim submission doesn’t work.

Would have given it 4 stars but the menu is on the upper right corner and every time I tap it the mike come up. Menu is usually on the upper left. Very annoying.


Constantly Logging Out, Poor Design

We just joined Ameriflex with my employer, and while their desktop website is pretty well designed, this mobile app is terrible. The layout proportions are terrible, it’s not intuitive, and it will log you out if you even blink. Needs a ground up re-design. Hire a real UX designer.
