Login screen... blank. Services screen.... blank. Looks like a new version released 1 day ago. Reboot, reinstall, no different. Completely broken app
I’m glad that waste management has an app now for iOS but it’s still pretty buggy. I can’t pay my bill through the app, I’ll get to the part where I put in my payment info and when I tap the green submit button nothing happens. The screen just doesn’t change or tell me my payment went through. I tried and tried and nothing. I had to pay by phone which took longer but another Problem that arises is that the app still says I need to pay my bill although I already paid by phone. Please address this WM. Thank you. Update: Waste management came through with a good update, the issue I was having has been improved. Thanks
The old app worked really well for paying my bill. The “update” takes forever to load, is virtually impossible to use, and is basically trash. I can no longer use it to even pay my bill. I can get the same garbage pickup service for a slightly lower rate from another waste hauler. I stayed with WM because it was easy. It’s now a pain, and I will be switching garbage services as soon as I can. Why did you take a good service and ruin it?
Installed it after over a year of having my account and it can’t locate my account. When l register it attempts to link my account to an address across town! ?
I have to enter password every time I go on app. Before you did update I had option to use my face to log in on IPhone
This new version is terrible Bring the old version back please It was far more useful and easier
Garbage since the update. I want to view my service dates and the app isn’t even optimized for the dropdowns. What used to be one or two clicks is now very difficult to find.
Previous version had limited functionality, but it worked. The current version is terrible, drop down menus don’t work, pages don’t load, can’t go between accounts easily. Much easier to just go to the website.
The app was much better the way it was. I could pay my bill in about 10 seconds. This new format is awful. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
This app has been slowed down while trying to increase performance. App is better? I don’t think so
