LOVE this game! It's free. The graphics are adorable. And it's 100% kid-friendly. Pretty much can't stop playing. The only thing that bothers me is that there is too slow a wait period to add more chairs and stations to your pet shop. You either have to wait upwards of 12 hours to get your new station, OR pay real money to get the upgrades.

When your able to serve all the pets and get a full rating of smiles, it's hard not to feel a sense of completion. Though, to update anything takes a long time and wastes coins, that's really my only complaint. And that if you can't get an animal to a spot fast enough it hates you forever because the station was being used and it won't go back to being happy, just upset for the rest of forever and then the owners don't give you the agreed amount for grooming their pet. Only complaint. If it had those two things improved, I would rate it a 10 out of 10. Have a nice day!!!
