Once you’re in the helicopter how do you go somewhere? It takes off and comes back again. I love the game though. I wish it was connected and you could go in the house

I ❤️ this brand. I have all the my town apps. But how do you refill the water in the fire truck? What is the AX for? And you should be able to find and rescue people from the burning house. And follow the helicopter to rescues.+ you should have a fire dog.+ the app keeps kicking me out constantly. That's all I can think of. Bye?
