Tello's custom phone plans are so flexible. They meet each individual customer's needs and at an inexpensive price. My previous carrier charged me $40 dollars a month for terrible service. With Tello I only pay $16 dollars a month with amazing service!!!

This app is cleanly designed and intuitive. It lets me do all of the things that I need to do to manage my account.

The dashboard should be the first thing you see once you open the app. It would also be great if we could add/change international plans in the app itself—pretty much anything re: managing our account should be integrated in the app itself. In addition, calls made over wifi on the tello app shouldn't even count against our minutes—if we're not using your network, why should those minutes count against our plan? Might as well call via FaceTime audio, skype, google voice, whatsapp, etc.
Needs easier access to balance

As others have stated, getting to the dashboard is a PITA. It's 3 clicks deep. Just to see the remaining balance on my account. This should be front and center in the app at all times. Faster access to the dashboard would be nice too.

I can't believe this. First time giving 5 stars to an app. I never do that. Very clean, straightforward, fast, and what all MVNO providers should mirror! Please add a widget and the ability to switch accounts. I have several kids who I need to monitor and add $$$. Great job Tello!

I truly mean it when I say really good app, I really like how I can make calls from the app, great way of adding wifi calling to older iPhones while keeping your same number, the app is straight forward and easy to use.

Had to leave a review just because how fast this app loads but besides that it's got a clean lay out and a dialer for wifi calling for when u want better quality calls or have no cell signal.
