I gave my code to someone and instead of me getting the free tacos to redeem, they did.
Terrible app. Havent been able to use it even once. All it does is say “ loading your environment”........ i have deleated and re downloaded it 3 times and its always the same. Im very disappointed as i eat there a lot?
Where’s the fajita section? There’s no way to order individual fajitas. So, to get fajitas I had to order from the”family” section. I went through the process. Tried ordering mixed fajitas. Couldn’t order 1/2 flour and 1/2 corn tortillas. Special instructions limited characters to explain what I wanted. Then, when adding to the box the app wouldn’t allow me to complete the order unless I customized by removing lettuce, tomato, guacamole, etc. I just went to the store.
The app now allows me to scan my receipt to earn points. Thanks for the upgrade. Now the cashier cannot scan the app to use the $5 reward. Please fix this bug for 5 star review.
My only complaint about this app is the prep time they try to give the restaurant. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to complete a fast food order in non-peak times, which is the only time I order food. The pickup time really needs to be adjusted. Other than that, I like earning rewards but the pickup time given makes the app inconvenient to use. The employees get upset and/or irritated when you show up 20 to 30 minutes after submitting an order.
Why is there no option on the app to select drive through when you order? Horrible marketing and losing sales fast! Sad!
I was promised a free small quesadilla but on the app it’s making me pay full price. False advertisement.
Made a 4 meal order and the details I had to enter don’t even show up on the final order overview, nor can the restaurant see them. I was presented not even half my order because the staff couldn’t see that the orders were meals with drinks and sides! I had to ask for each thing I was asked to detail on the order on the app! I’ll just be ordering in person until this is fixed. Also, need quicker pickup times! Should be the same timing as if I was making it in person.
My $3-$5 dollar purchases always earn the points but when i scaned my recipet for my $20 purchase all of a sudden it never gave me my points! This is crap!!
What’s the point of preordering if you can’t just zip through the drive through. Dumb policy!
