Overall, it's one of the better and more enjoyable slot games, but it is extremely common for you to not receive the correct amount of chips, particularly on bonus rounds. On the scratch card game, for example, you can bet 10k chips and reveal a 3x bonus and either receive nothing or only the 10k you bet. It's frustrating how often it happens, especially when you're playing the VIP slots and are screwed out of 500K chips like I was.

This slot game is typical, however my issue is this. I'm level 17, and should have been able to access the "VIP" slots at level 15. I still can not play the VIP SLOTS and I have emailed support... Not helpful. Otherwise the games are fun.
