I needed to earn coins to upgrade my castle so I downloaded monster legends to level 10 to get 20,000 coins. Once I reached level 10 it didn't give me my reward help?

I love the old game so much and my favorite update was the Wublins and if we added them in this game that would be awesome. I hope you see this and I will be trying to make art for new Wublins if you need them. Thank you
