This app crashes every 2 seconds and I lost all I saved in my list and what I want seriously!! ?? Whats the point of making an account if it doesnt save anything..

This would be pretty cool if it were more comprehensive and didn’t crash less than five minutes into making an account. Due to the popularity of the product, I’m mildly baffled by the fact that whoever developed the app did a pretty half-assed job.

You don’t know how much I love the game! But once I accidentally deleted it so I downloaded it again! My father was doin’ yard work very hard that day. Omg. All that stuff I had to sign up? My password! My email password! Back then I didn’t even know it. He had to help me. So that took 2 hours in all to sign into the app. I’m afraid to download it again because another 2 hours. So, when I hit “want” or “have” I go to “my list” and all what I see are shopkins I never added on plus the shopkins I added on. But you have to fix the ones that I haven’t added on. I think you never updated the app since I last had it. Ttfn Moose! ?

My 6 year old daughter was so excited about this app. She sat down at the table and carefully entered all her shopkins into the app, which took hours of going through what she has and comparing to the pictures. Only to discover the "my list" option does not work!!! The only point of getting this app was for her to be able to keep track of which shopkins she has and which ones she wants. The app is useless and disappointing especially frustrating to a child. Either improve the app or get rid of it, it it a total waste of time! Only reason I gave it 1 star is bc the app review section would only allow me to send the review if I chose a star rating and zero stars was not an option.
