New update wasn’t up to par

I was not able to restore my account and it is harder to get to what you need. Now there is all kinds of additional tabs that clutter up the app... liked the old version despite the few bugs.

This app offers my City of Parker but when I choose it, the only option that comes up is Craig PD for all of the listed cities. Hope you can fix this error.

Here it is in a nutshell. My previous account is unable to restore. Why? This is the best part, I begin to set up the app again, I pick the United States, then my state, and there are 5 police departments listed for my state. I picked my PD and when the screen advances it’s a different PD as my final selection. No matter what PD I select in my state it still goes to another one. But the real killer is my PD hasn’t used this app anymore because they said there is no support. So I’m sorry to say I am deleting the app, it’s useless.

Navigating can be frustrating from one area to another, there doesn’t seem to be much information for our own city of peabody. I’d like to see more information with what is going on in our own city, hence the name MYPD Regards, JohnnyMags
