Trying to upgrade wrecks app

Tried to upgrade to paid version. App wouldn't download data with "Initializing" showing for days on end. Returned paid app and now free app has same problem. No contact info for developer on website. Great app as long as you don't try to upgrade.

Totally useless app!

This app is very poorly designed. You have to click through too many pages to get to what you want. On top of that, after a while it requires you to pay for storage. Forget it! I am deleting the app again!

Used their regular app successfully. This one took my PG&E sign-on material, but never got me connected. Can't seem to find developer's contact info.

Fraudulent Data

After a four day power outage, this app shows normal usage when there should be no usage due to our power being off for that time period. If the app can't document four days of no usage, how can I trust that any other data it shows is correct?? Also stored data is incomplete as far as there is no bill or payment data for a huge time gap.....

Accepted my login, went to initializing and never progressed past that. Was never able to see any data. Perhaps because one of my Accounts is an ag rate not listed??

Title says it all...trust the reviews. App never was able to log me in and consistently reported back a network error after timing out. This app needs to be pulled from the app store. It simply does not work and at this rate is just a fraudulent download at a cost of $1.
