Tries to load, then crashes

We've tried downloading it twice, but both times it just closes the app as soon as you click to go anywhere. We have a very sad little girl over here.

Simple picture person
I have yet to be able to use this app. All it does is try to load then closes. It actually upsets my young children because all we have done is wait for it to load. I'm deleting it.
