Restricting the app to be used with orange mobile data is a very very bad idea , what if I am abroad and my data roaming is off? Do I have to turn it on and pay a fortune for data roaming charges?!!!

This app is useless, it’s only a platform to sell services and show the total of my current and unissued bill. This is meant to be a service app where I can check my bill (without going out of the app), ask for support, as well as surf offers. If this app becomes more useful, I’ll use it otherwise I’ll most likely delete it

This is a very basic app. It is inaccurate and does not work in real time like other operators apps. In other words, it will take a long time until it reflects the charges. You also don’t have the flexibility of changing offers or even viewing the bills without jumping from the app to the browser. This is very annoying. It is very clear that whoever designed this app has never seen other apps or even experienced what the consumers need in order to use the app. It is very disappointing to see such app from a company like orange. The developers should try other apps from other leading operators from the region to get an understanding of how an app should be. Very disappointing
