I take my time to really play "odd" or "stupid" games and see what all the fuss is about. The first thing I noticed when I opened up the app and clicked on the play button, was a video ad. Oh boy, is it one of those games you ask? Sadly, I noticed yes. Ads are a major part of this game. Though luckily after a few seconds you can skip the video. My first thought was why they were wearing tiaras, but hey, it's a kids game. Being non-racial they have different skin "tones" to pick from for your mom. The graphics are pretty shamy, and aren't the best. All you do is drag and drop, but if you like those type of games, this game is for you. Afterwards you can of course put stickers and take a picture to save to your camera roll. Be warned, if you are letting your child use your phone, you might have millions of pictures of a creepy smiling lady with a doll sticker on her forehead saved to your phone 100 times. In a summary, if you're pregnant and want to explain to your kid what it's like, this is the app! Just make sure they don't throw your phone across the room in rage from all the ads like I almost did. But, overall, it's a good app for young kids to learn what mommy will go through when she has their sister/brother.

So when I first opened the game I expected like the real surgery and nope it was just cream and it told you if it was a boy or girl second there were ads everywhere I clicked so I will give this five stars if I can fix the problems.
