Daily VC not working

Daily VC has not worked for about a week. I have matched about 1500 VC but none has been added to my account. Where's customer support?

My app rarely works. But when it does it's great. The problem Is that it doesn't. Let down by 2k yet again. Until I see improvements. It's a 1 star

This is the worst app i have ever used. Every time I use it, its says error. It stressed me out so much.

Horrible i tried to connect my Xbox live with this app so i can face scan but it wouldn't let me saying i don't have a valid save like are you kidding me please fix!!

For some reason I cannot play the game. The app is frozen on my home screen. I tried to delete it but it's not letting me to. Tried resetting my phone but some results.

I really like this app but I have been getting screwed out of VC. I recently completed the match 3 cards in daily VC three times and didn't receive my 1,000 VC. Then I completed daily VC and had three 200 VC cards which was doubled and total 1,200 VC and didn't receive it. So I have been screwed out of 2,200 VC total so far. 2K please fix this and give me my VC.
