Pretty Great, missing key features

I haven’t found a cleaner interface in another product, but there there are a few things missing. Batch updates, imports, and custom fields would all be very useful. A website interface that would let me work on my database (not readonly) from my laptop. The ability to scan with a default Group option would eliminate accidentally skipping a movie because another scan interrupted the flow. I can’t seem to specify formats for TV series. Finally, and this is KEY, I wish I could specify if I own an item in iTunes, Amazon Prime, etc.

You have wiped out my entire collection of more than 6000 titles built over 6 years

Hello again!

What are you guys doing. The system kept churning for more than an hour. And now I find that my entire collection of more than 6000 titles which I have been building over the last five years has been completely deleted. I now have nothing in the collection in this app. This means I have invested hundreds of hours on something that was basically deleted by your systems. What is going on?

This app just wasted 3 hours of my life.

I bought the *paid* app because I wanted to scan my entire movie collection. I installed it and read the instructions and then started scanning. UNFORTUNATELY, it didn’t say that I HAD to confirm my email. I scanned 462 DVDs and only 20 are in my collection, because I didn’t check my email first. Buyer beware. This application is poorly designed. I wish I hadn’t bought it.

Great database. However bad customer service. Tried to get something added on the database and did three entries at once and did it wrong. I admit it was against policy and did not understand it. So they suspended me. I told them I did this in error and to help me learn the proper way to do it and refused to work with me. So I deleted the app even though I liked the app. But don’t suspend someone because they made a mistake and then ask how to do it correctly.

Love this app but I needed to set up my iPad as a new one and erased all data to start over. My problem is that I have 1174movies on the app. On the phone that is. On the tablet it's more like 46!!! You need to allow to download from phone. Same account but all data lost on iPad????? Nooooooooo!!!!!! iPhone to iPad. Same app different total?????

This app is Fantastic! If you have a big collection this app is priceless, I have a huge collection and had to start using binders. With this app I know were I put every film, and love using the random film feature when I can’t decide what to watch.

I haven't updated my collection in at least a year and was dreading doing so because previous versions had recurring issues with the "multi-scan" and "single-scan" functions blowing up. Wow!!! It now works so fast and without blowing up that I was able to rescan around 300 titles in under an hour. Great work folks!!!

I absolutely love this app. I have over 1400 blu-rays and this keeps track of them. I can also have a list emailed to my self. I wish they would design an app just like this one only for books. To see my 3000 books all lined up like these movies would be fantastic.

I wish to start by saying the app developers are fantastic. Questions or problems sent through the app are normally responded to within hours. This app is more than worth the small amount they ask. Every serious DVD collector needs this app. If you are a serious collector of DVDs, this app is a must have. In those rare instances where one of your DVDs is not in their extensive database (normally just released or rather obscure) you can easily send them photos front and back of the case and usually within a day or two, you will find it has been added with all pertinent information, and the developer will let you know it has been added, and ready to use. They've added a new feature where when individual shows in a season are listed, you can now show what date a specific episode was watched. Would like to see a new feature that would allow one to specify that a PDF report would only show currently owned in collection, Or ONLY previously owned, rather than every title ever owned even if you sold/donated/disposed years ago.
