We purchased the My Little Pony book for my daughter to enjoy using the app and reading the book. COMPLETE WAISTE OF MONEY! The camera will not even turn on it is pitch black.

I love this app a lot but I do wish that you didn’t need to have the Where Equestria Comes To Life book to make the pony’s show up in the camera. Other than that great game :)

It’s glitchy I try to work the camera to show my character but it was all black so can you fix the glitch because my cameras on but it just won’t show the back so you need to fix it it’s very glitchy like now work on it

My daughter says: I like the game but it’s hard to play a lot of it. I can only make my own my little pony the rest is not working. I got to send one of the pictures to my picture app but it seems like I can’t do anything else.
Fun but now broken

Downloaded this a couple of years ago and printed out everything for my daughter to play it with. Had fun for a while but moved on to other things. Tried it again just now, but the camera is no longer functioning during the AR main part of the game. You can only have ponies on black background. I’m guessing this is related to iOS changes in per-app authority to cameras and photos, and this app hasn’t been updated in 3 years. So try it if you want, and if you have a printer. I saw the book at Barnes & Noble the other day, so I feel bad if anyone is buying the book and hoping to see the ponies right in their own bedroom. Which I have to admit was pretty amazing for my daughter when it did actually work. Hopefully they will fix the bug, but chances are this app will not be touched again.

Bought the book, downloaded the app, and the pony is on a black screen. The camera doesn’t work, so book is getting returned.
