I never write reviews but I feel like this is really important. I've been using this app everyday for months and it's incredibly helpful. Whether you just want to keep a diary or you need a way to track your mental health this app is simple and very useful. I cannot stress enough how much I love this app. The only complaint would be I wish there were more moods to chose from but other than that I love it.

This app is really helpful, I love it, especially that you can get help if you're feeling more negative emotions. I really really like that you can add captions to your moods and that there is a help line and "4 ways to get help." I've been having a lot of trouble keeping track of my emotions lately, and so this is a very useful tool! Thank you to the people involved in making this app and all the stuff in it! ?❤️????

It may look dumb but believe me it's not its fantastic!!!! I love it so much. It helps you be in a better mood and you can look over your moods for memory's and might be surprised. Love this app I recommend it to everyone!!!!

I think this might be able to help me. Just wish the app itself was password protected. A few suggestions: password protect the app, allow data export if there's a need to switch devices, allow more reminders. Things that are keeping me with this app: it's simplicity and it's direct connection with boys town if I ever need to talk.

I'm pretty sure that the app is pretty good but it glitches. After about ten seconds of using the app, it blacks out and takes me to home page.
