We tend to think that 'one more pack' doesn't do that much damage, but these pics are a great wake-up call. The photos of gross tumors and diseased tissues are very effective and powerful motivators. Entire app is simple to use and is a really, really good tool. Whenever I get cranky, I check my craving level and it reassures me.
