The app doesn’t work because the company shut down. The company continues to bill customers. SCAM

This app is so convenient! I love not having to lug my computer around to take my favorite classes! The quality is great also. Who knew yoga could be so cheap! I have the unlimited plan that give me access to live classes, on-demand videos, and special teacher content. I love this app!

I love this app! The live classes are so great. I get to take a real class everyday and the classes never get boring because they are all so different. I feel like I am a part of a real yoga studio. I highly recommend to everyone. It's great for beginners and advanced yogis!

I love that this app enables me to keep up with my practice from anywhere in the world! The on demand allows me to tune in whenever is convenient for me, and the teachers are top quality. Awesome app!!!

I signed up as a new student a Joy a week or so ago, and after one of my classes the studio manager recommended I download this app - from what I've seen so far it's pretty sweet! Anyone can stream live classes and access content on specific poses to take your practice to the next level. Recently I've been lucky in the sense that I have had the time to frequent the classes in the studio, but when life gets busier I'll be thankful to have this app at my finger tips

I paid $15 for a subscription and I have tried to access three classes without success. The first two classes I got an "offline" message. The third class I could see a very dark image of a class taking place and no volume. I've made two requests from the company for support with no response. However, it doesn't appear to be an error with my phone, but rather the app.

I signed up for a single teacher video. For this access, Joy charges my credit $5.99/month. When I try to access the videos, the app does not allow me the access for which I have paid, and continue to be monthly billed on my card. I have tried repeatedly to reach someone at Joy to get access or cancel, and my calls have never been returned. The only way to stop the billing was to notify my credit card that the charge was fraud, which it really was! Still no one from Joy ever contacted me to find out what my problem was. Terrible experience!
