Great concept, lousy execution

I was so excited to use this as my kids have finally gotten old enough to use an electronic chore chart instead of paper. Unfortunately the program is really buggy. I set each child up online but the system keeps changing my son's name to my daughter's and my daughter's password to my son's! To top it off, they can't log into the app on their own gadgets so I have to login in to my account and then login to theirs. So much for simple!! Wish this worked better as I like the concept and how it is set up with spend share save, etc. Hope the programmers improve this soon! Until then I'm going back to paper.
Stopped working after last iOS update

Upon opening app it says error and retry. I deleted and reinstalled app. It now has a message saying " Bummer an error occurred while trying to fulfill your request. Please try again. I can log in at website but not on any iOS device ?????????? I have to give it a star in order to review.

App is totally useless. I downloaded app and tried to register. While registering using an iPad, the app kept throwing errors. Fix the sign in process please. What a garbage app

I downloaded this for my teenage son to use but it doesn't go past the first page. I can't give it more than one star since I was never able to use it. I deleted it.

We love this app and use it all the time. However, my kids will mark the job complete, but I don't have the option to say, "You did/didn't do the job to my standards." I would love to see a PARENT APPROVAL check off button of the completed chore.

I just spent 30 minutes putting in all my info, my kids, their chores etc. and then go to actually award points to my kids and I can't! Horrible waste of my time!

I love the concept but would like to be able to give myself and my husband jobs as well. Also, son redeems points and I am not notified via message. Also, would be great if the app updates when opened yet when my children visit family and I call and ask why they haven't done their jobs they say we have and show me screenshots on their screen but mine still shows the same incompleted jobs. All in all it is better than a whiteboard.

the edit feature is sketchy. when editing a chore to only be completed once weekly, the app automatically resets it to everyday. even tried deleting the chore and recreating as a custom chore and the same thing happened. also, don't like having to put in password for the kids each time. there needs to be a option to bypass the password. concept is good. implementation needs some work. hopefully future versions will be better. also an in-app "help" function would be good. if I could have contacted support within the app I might not have had to write a negative review.
