Every time I try to enter the game it crashes and I can’t play it and in my old ipad it worked better and it was an older version of this game on my iPad so can you please fix it If you do fix it I will give it a five star rating

This app crashes literally right when you open it i’ve tried everything to get rid of that situation! Deleting the game, rebooting the phone, pressing the home button twice to open that place where you swipe up to restart the app. I would have rated this 5 or 4 stars if this situation was gone. Please try to fix this, thanks! ?
