The ap is user friendly and you can easily earn cash for your nonprofit organization. Be ware— the company takes 25% of what you earn for your organization in service fees. So if you have a required total to raise for your organization, deduct 25% of what is in the ap total. I had to comb though multiple documents for this info when my ap total didn’t match my organization’s total. The running total probably should have been listed as $300 instead of the $400 I thought we earned. Easy fix that wouldn’t deceive users.

I downloaded this app, created an account and started scanning receipts to earn money for a youth sports team. The app was mostly easy to navigate and “earning” money for my youth sports team was easy! About 2 weeks into this “fund raiser” I went to scan in receipts and discovered I had been signed out of my account. That is when the issues started. I tried MULTIPLE times to sign into my account but I was unsuccessful. I tried a new password, I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, NOTHING worked. I contacted customer support and was told to try it again. Are you kidding? I tried at least 10 times to get into my account. I decided not to waste anymore time trying to solve this dilemma.

The My HuTerra app is amazing. I’m easily able to raise money for my daughters’ volleyball teams by just following a few simple steps in the app. The app is fun and easy to use! Ive recommenced it to a lot of my friends, too. It is such a cool way to fundraise.

A huge fan of raising money for my sister’s classroom fund to help her have supplies for her students. It’s great that I can raise funds without having to buy things I don’t need. Her classroom benefits each time I buy groceries, gas, eat at restaurants and shop online. Thanks for making it easy to help her and her students!!

I used the app and it was great. One day I was told to sign in again and it wouldn’t let me. I reset my password multiple times and it says my credentials are bad. Not sure what to do now with all these receipts that are gonna expire soon?

I’ve only had good experiences with this tool. Easy to use, money went where it was supposed to and my son’s football team LOVED their earnings. Seriously awesome. Maybe there were issues in 2018? Haven’t run across anything this year.

I really like the recent changes. The gift cards and ability to send them as gifts is really great. My wife appreciated a surprise Starbucks gift. Also, it is possible to stack rewards. I did a Lands End online purchase using gift cards and earned almost 18% for my charity. That’s a big deal! I also noticed a previous review that mentioned HuTerra takes 25% of rewards. I don’t believe that is the case anymore or at least in my case the % reward I see in the app is the amount that was actually give to my charity. Overall, these are all great changes.

Easy way to give to charity! What a great thing if I can do the shopping I needed to do anyway and earn money to support important causes at the same time. Easy to use and a ton of retailers to shop from. Plus, I can stack rewards between online stores and gift cards. I gave 4 stars because I had trouble with logging in for a month.
