Maybe things will get better, but so far I’m finding the app to be the most complicated reimbursement mechanism I’ve ever seen!

Great layout. Easy to use. But it takes over 30 seconds to navigate within the app.

Able to submit 1 or 2 then keep getting failure issue Have to log back in Go back to scan it’s easier Disappointed I thought it would make life easier

The app was working just fine, now when I try to get into it, it keeps asking me to use the latest version, but when it takes me to the App Store it doesn’t have an option to update, only open. Very frustrating!

Difficult to navigate. Not intuitive. Can’t tell what’s been spent bs what’s left. No indication that reimbursement checks have been sent. Terrible app.
