do not waste your time in buying this program you need a login which can't find don't waste your money.
I just downloaded the app and made an Evernote login. I have logged in only to find that once I type my login, the app flashes to what looks like a calendar then flashes me out the entire app. I'm beyond upset this morning. And yes all my technology is updated!
Simple diary for work up and this app quite easy to learn. The problem is sometime I not too sure how many calories of my diet intake. I suggest the app can provide or give some recommendation regarding target calories intake per day, how long work up per day- this will help those beginner like me.
Very systematic way of jotting down diet, workout and progress as a whole. If you are on a routine workout, diet, etc. this app could very much help you by noting everything that's going on and the progress you are making.
Easy as pie physical self-improvement diary. Very helpful in many ways since you can share data with others.
Good app that could help with any workout routine but it's not all automatic of course.. ;)
