What does it track?

AngelinaB

I don't really want to track photos of every bite I eat. I would like to enter a serving of grain, a half serving of fat, and a serving of cheese for a snack. That's one ounce of cheese and eight ritz crackers. This doesn't really help me track my food choices over the course of the day, week, or month. I like that it lets me choose the exact time of day I ate a meal or snack.

Absolutely love this app

It's does exactly what you would expect from dead simple food journal app - takes a picture and record it with dead simple and intuitive interface. No crap like following friends or creating account or sharing picture or any kind of garbage. If you looking for simple functional app - this is the way to go.

Poor

No added value here. It is only a place to record. No analysis. No visual help .

Simple but limited

Hefunkles

I like it. It does everything I need except one: Export!!! If I could get all the info I enter into a spreadsheet it would be awesome.

Great App

This is a great app to help me stay on track to eating healthy. Love that when you snap a photo, it doesn't save it to your camera roll unless you want to export it.

Love It!!!

It is a sustainable method to track what your eating which makes up think before you eat and help track patterns

Storage space issue

It would be nice if the photos could be taken at a much lower resolution, because it's just for recording purposes.

Almost

I've tried a few of these types of apps but none seem to nail it. If only it had a quick repeat entry it would be top notch . Many times you eat the same and even quicker than retaking a photo is to repeat a previous entry with a touch. Please add that feature.

Easy to use ap that gives privacy

I got this app to keep track of what I was eating, the pills I was taking, and my activities. Some of the more detailed apps seem to give all of your information away to various companies based in Europe for their data and research. I want to keep my privacy so I chose this app that just remains on your phone and does not send out information. I did pay $1.99 for the fix to take the ads off as they were a little annoying. The app runs smoothly and quickly and I have had no problems with it. I've been using it for several days now. It is very easy to use. You just open the app icon and put in your comments or take a picture with comments. It automatically gives your dad at a date and time stamp and calculates when the last time was that you put in the comment. It also gives you the option to change the date and times if you wish. You can use this if you have put in a late entry. I have put in my times of exercise and other activities as well is my food intake. It does not calculate calories though, but gives me an idea of what I have been doing and consuming. I am glad that I researched and ended up getting this app. It serves my purpose as well. I highly recommend it for those who just want a simple time diary of their food intake or activities and don't wish to have a calculate your calories. I especially like that it does not have to be linked to an office where my information is shared. There is only the one time cost to pay for the add fix instead of monthly costs found with more complex apps that link you to a research center. Simple to use and very nice app.
