I’ve been using it for years but ever since the update the countdown is off now matter how hard you try to change it

I used to love this app, but now the time is always off, and I don’t know how to fix it. Help!

i can’t set what time zone i’m in and the time is wrong by a few hours ... also why can’t we put in a time rather than dragging a clock hand which makes it hard

Hi um... this is a wonderful app but n the pictures above were it shows like the wallpapers and stuff, how do get those wallpapers or like the different images for Christmas, etc.

I used to LOVE this app at first. However the recent update did more harm than good. Since the update the countdown is off now matter how often you fix it it changes the days. Whenever you attempt to change the background it just stalls. Actually it constantly freezes making it unusable no matter what you do. This once fun app is now taking up space and making me upset since it’s now virtually useless. I’d give zero starts if I could. Whatever “update” they did needs to be reversed.

Where are the backgrounds?

Seriously I paid for this app upgrade and can’t access any backgrounds for over 2 months now. Please fix ASAP

I love this app but it is stalling on galleries. Help!

i’ve had this app a long time and I always use it but now the update has changed and the galleries are stalling when I try to open them. Also I have problems loading the dates correctly it keeps changing the dates could you look into this please and fix the app because it’s wonderful. Thanks! Sarah

Used to be a great personalized countdown app

I’ve had My Day for years but recently, the galleries won’t load. That was one of the biggest appeals of this app, being able to choose backgrounds that match the event. I’ve done every update that it’s had available and stay up to date with iOS updates, as well. I’m hesitant to delete because I really do like the ease of use but it’s just frustrating to not have backgrounds of my choosing and, instead, having the same boring yellow/blue/orange background for every event.

As a developer I know it is one of the worst user experience scrolling through all the years if you have to set a bday who was born in 1980. The most irritating part is, you have to scroll through all the months in a year and then it goes to previous year. You don't have the option to choose the year or date.

Can’t access wallpaper

I have used this app for several years and have loved it and rated it 5 in the past. Now it appears stuck and I am unable to access any photos for wallpaper. It just spins. Email to developers not been answered
