“Secure your data” totally disabled cellular usage

Was browsing through the App settings and found this warning that things were not secure, so I enabled it. Little did I know it would create a VPN connection and totally stop ALL apps from using cellular data. Took me hours on the phone with Verizon tech support level 3 to root out the issue and delete the VPN in phone Settings. Needless to say, I will be deleting this crAPP right away!

What is the use of this app..?To See what app use how much data. Ok if it tell me that 1.92 g is been use by “ unidentifiable “ apps why do any one meed it. Support ???? You have a better chance at DMV for support send 6 emails nothing.
