So excited about this app, which basically amounts to a CRM for doTERRA! However, it currently has a major glitch, wherein it will only allow me to go to the login page and nothing more and then if I try to log in, won't allow me to because I'm not subscribed, but it doesn't give me a subscribe option! Hoping this gets resolved because I've been looking for something like this!

I really wanted to love this app. The ability to track notes for various contacts, schedule follow-ups, etc makes this a must have for my growing doterra business. However from the moment I started using this App I have experienced nothing but glitches. Importing my contacts from my phone took 4 tries. The system kept freezing as I was assigning contacts to their appropriate category and suddenly I had the same person listed multiple times in my Edge contact lists. I have experienced the same problem on the website on my computer. Entering new contacts who aren't in my phone into the system is tedious, especially with the glitches. I personally work faster on my computer, but when I do that the contacts are not added to my phone address book like they are when I use the phone. I don't know if this is because I am using an iPhone 6s or because it's the updated operating system, since it seems to work much better on my iPad. But if these issues aren't resolved I will have to cancel my membership because paying $10 a month for a program I can't use is a waste of my business resources.

Success is found in mastering the fundamentals. No amount of ‘techniquing’ or fancy bells and whistles can ever replace mastery of the fundamentals- and this principle applies to any sport, skill, or endeavor. The fundamentals of building a thriving oils business is built on the 6/3/1 routine: asking 6 daily questions, performing 3 weekly tasks, and engaging in 1 monthly activity. In my first week of using this app to track my performance in the 6/3/1, I was shocked. The app showed me I wasn’t doing as much as my brain told me I was doing. It was a humbling moment. Apparently, ’thinking’ about building my business didn’t count as ‘building’ my business, according to the app! LOL! After I got past my own smoke and mirrors about how much I was doing in my business, I buckled down to focus my activities on the 6/3/1. The app awards you with Bronze, Silver and Gold medals according to how well you performed in each area of the 6/3/1. My goal was to reach Gold across the board…I knew that if I consistently gained Golds across the board each week, then I would reach Diamond in 1 year. Fortunately for me, I had another humbling moment when I struggled to even gain Bronze across the board in my first week. That’s when I realized that ‘proclaiming’ I was going to reach Diamond in a year didn’t equal actually reaching it in a year! LOL! Sigh. :) So it was a love hate relationship for me at first, that has now grown into pure love for the app (just ask my team!). I loved how transparent this app made my business building…and I at first hated my lack of results. But you know what? It was no wonder that I was stuck at Premier for 3 months prior to using the app…because I wasn’t doing the 6/3/1 CONSISTENTLY. Upon using the app, I hit Silver one month later. This app was THE BEST investment I’ve made into building my business. Seriously…how much would you pay if you could have a personal accountability coach 24/7 give you real time feedback on how close you are to reaching your business goals?? How much would that be worth to you?? Well, this app is MY coach for that. For $10 bucks a month. For 33 cents a day you can have a 100% accurate coach give you instantaneous feedback on your business building activities…you can see your leaders’ business building activities… you can access videos and training that’s available only via the app…you can even have samples DROP SHIPPED for you (in the upgraded Premium version). This is an amazing tool and I couldn’t imagine building my business without it.
