Sign Up Needs Work

I just downloaded the app and so far very happy. The signup process needs some work though, doesn’t integrate with Autofill or iCloud Keychain and when you get the text to verify your number you don’t automatically pull it from the text.
Paying doesn’t work

I really like the pay at pump option from the app. However only works about once out of every seven or eight times.
Credit card disappears from app wallet

I’ve never successfully used the app to pay because each time I open it the credit card I add as a payment method has disappeared. Seems to be a problem with all the Conoco Philips apps. And yes, each time I add the card back I verify that it’s saved properly. I use an iphone 11. They should just allow access to Apple Pay or Paypal the way other brands do.

Going in circles Customer service could not help - they sent me to a tutorial that would not be accessed stating it was private

I go to different gas stations to use my Conoco app, to receive 15 cents of each gallon Lately my discount is only 10 cents but know one at the gas station can give me a straight answer !

Best idea they have come up with yet. I love not having to carry all the cards. The added bonus of price reduction is even better.

Great app and Conoco offers great discounts on gas! But one thing is I have direct pay with their app for .10 off a gallon and trying to get the .25 off a gallon. I followed their rules and not getting .25 off a gallon.
