Hello so there is a glitch we’re I can’t find my characters. I been trying to find them and I can’t I did everything nothing helped. Also it takes soooooo much to load when you start the game and that happened when I lost my characters.Please fix this because I really wanna play this game with all my characters.

I love this game... but it could use an update. I can not figure out how to bring the baby’s stroller out of the store. Please update the game so if you put a character behind the stroller it means the stroller is now being pushed by the person behind it.

I absolutly love this game but my parents wont let me get them anymore because I got almost all of them and they all cost money to get. Will you please make it to where you dont have to pay for the orphan house or any more games. That would be amazing if you do this you will make me feel so happy in every way.

There is a little glitch where we go to celebrate ? ! You know how you get like little presents and it says collect or collect later. I pressed collect now and it got stuck in a corner I got it out and it disappeared ? and it just kept on doing it ☹️ ! It might just be my phone but I’m so confused ?♀️! (SMH ?♀️)I’m getting ready to hit my head on a wall and bite myself jk but seriously ?! I kept on trying for a whole hour than I left it ! Overall really great game ! And I have one idea make a school ?! ? Have a great day hope you read this someday but no pressure thank you for this amazing app love Xoey?

I bought this for my daughter and she can only get into the hospital. It states you can go to the store and other shops. It’s a waste of money if she can’t play?
