Why do we have to pay for all your games/things in the games

I feel like there should be a way for people without a lot of money to play the games that you make, I know you need to make money somehow but there should be a free version that gives you some of the things you need as in make it so people only have to pay for 1 or 2 things in the game not everything.

My city devolpers I love your games but I hate how the pipes are always breaking every 5 or 10 minutes there broke can you please fix that.But please make em free I got this one on Saturday and I’m not getting another one till next month I’m only 9 years old but pls pls make them free but other than that everything else is amazing!!!!!!

This is the first glitch I’ve ever encountered so that is y I give 5 ⭐️s, the glitch is that when I go to character select there is pink pixely thing that is eating it but goes back to top when it hits the middle then keeps eating it, that is the best I can explain it. Pls fix ASAP! IT’S KEEPING ME FROM GETTING DIFFERENT CHARACTERS!!?
