I love the game but I wish everything was unlocked

I love this game but i have two complaints.One is that every second an add pops up and i accidentally hit it while i am making a cake. The second reason is how do you unlock items? I mean do you buy then or do you just earn them? Besides those two i iove this game!

This game is so weird. All you do is tap. People, I already have 3 clicker apps from Tapps, but you are so boring! Why don't you add cool stuff, and instructions. I don't get anything because it's so boring. Do not get this app and waste your time on it. BELIEVE ME!!!

My daughter really likes this app and it's easy for her to do. But all the pop up ads gets to me, but she doesn't mind.
