Features rarely work

This is the most frustrating banking app that I use. The Touch ID is deleted every time I close the app. There could be help with sign in by simply asking for an email. It just rarely works for me.

Won't let you set up auto pay, no matter how many times you try. The app barely work. Only good for seeing the amount you owe and paying it one time.
Does not work! Fix it!

This app used to work fine. Not anymore. It keeps asking me to sign in again & again. After signing in 5+ times,... nothing happened. Not a problem from my end.
