Fun game but needs fixing

I’ve been playing this game for 5 years off and on and recently I’ve noticed that there is a lot of bugs and it is constantly freezing. Weather I’m playing a game, looking at clothes, or just on the home screen it will suddenly freeze and I can only fix it by reloading the game and it has been getting worse and worse to the point of I can’t go five minutes without it crashing. I love this game and hopefully there’s some improvements happening in the next few months (also the items are a little overpriced btw)

MY 15 YEAR OLD SON WHO GETS STRAIGHT A’S WAS DOING AMAZING IN SCHOOL BUT ONCE OPENED THIS GAME FOR ONE SECOND HE HAD TO GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO FIRST GRADE?!?!?!! ? ARE U KIDDING ME I AM SO BAD?? IM A SINGLE MOTHER AND MY ONLY CHILD WHO IS ALMOST 16 HAD TO GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE FIRST GRADE?! GRRR GRA MA MAD NONSENSE! ???????

I was trying to load into the game before but it wouldn’t let me in the game and I sometimes have to restart the game I don’t know what to do it gets annoying when it doesn’t load

This is a wonderful app for almost any age. I truly recommend it to any kid, unless they have an iPhone. This game doesn’t allow you to play mini games or anything on a phone. I have a phone, and an iPad and it only works on my iPad. So I am asking that you please do something about that. But overall great job on the app. Very fun for kids of any age.
