For artifacts get two click damage % and two gold per click %. This is really the best way to progress. Keep them upgraded and as strong as possible. It shouldn't take too long to get A level artifacts from platinum chests.
Good Game (but bad bugs!)

The game itself is great, but there is quite a bad bug where I am not able to combine artifacts after the first one during the tutorial. Thus making the game much harder. This bug makes a very important part of the game unusable.

Neat little mindless click game I found by accident. 0.7 was fun: easy to get through the first few planets with plenty of gems to get artifacts or whatever, and I had no problems watching a 30 second ad for 8 extra gems. As of 1.0 (or maybe with planet 4), there are no more gems or chests from mole rats. With no way to advance my artifacts (short of shelling out cash), I just keep building the same things on slightly bigger planets and don't really click anymore. Worth downloading? Maybe. But it won't be nearly as addicting as it was a few days ago.
