Issues synching lyrics

I have been using Musixmatch for years and absolutely enjoy the app. But when I get these bugs it makes the app stressful to use. As I keep having an issue where I can’t sync any lyrics that have never been synced before. It keeps giving me a “error occurring” message. This has been going on since the most recent update.
Good to use with Spotify

I really want to be able to sing along to songs on Spotify but I would always have to look up the lyrics. The app makes I easier to sing along especially because it’s synced up to the song on Spotify. Also works with my Apple Music :)
Listening to mic even without pressing identify

Why app start listening the moment it open? Even before asking for identification of song !?

Made numerous inquiries to allow me to edit my own artist lyrics. They requested I take an online test to qualify which I passed, and I still am blocked from editing my own lyrics!
