I downloaded this app and it doesn’t work , it say something like error 1008 or something can you guys fix it please ! Great app btw ???

I love everything about this, I think this is better than any other music stuff I seen u get to pretty much get it for free but... 1 problem when I'm in the car or airplane I like to sit back and relax I tried get on here 1 day and I couldent I need internet so I would really like if u could try to make this on the internet but rather than that I love it
